1. NIC.AC Top Level Domain Name Administrator
& Registry

-
Details:
-
A completely redesigned site in 2001 - NIC.AC
provides registry services to the '.AC' Top Level Domain Name
and provides this domain to registrars and their
customers worldwide. The site is incredibly busy with tens of
thousands of 'hits' per month.
Our brief was to provide the client with a fast loading, easy
to use, clean, modern and sleek looking site which would work
in all browsers (this is in fact our aim for every site we develop!)
and interact with preexisting e-commerce and domain registering
scripts - The brief was fully met.
- Technical:
- To achieve maximum latency (i.e. loading speed) and cross-browser
functionality, the site is written completely in static HTML.

provide a sister site to the NIC.AC site (showcased above).
NIC.SH provides registry services to the '.SH' Top Level Domain
Name and provides this domain to registrars and
their customers worldwide. Our brief was basically the same
as the NIC.AC site.
- Technical:
- To achieve maximum latency (i.e. loading speed) and cross-browser
functionality, the site is written completely in static HTML.
